The King is in the Room
Our Christmas program is back! Join us December 5–7 as we celebrate the story of Jesus through powerful music, Scripture, and worship.
Christmas Eve Candlelight Services
Join us on Wednesday, December 24 at 1:00, 3:00, or 5:00 PM for Christmas Eve Candlelight Services—an hour of worship, Scripture, and reflection on the hope that came near through Jesus. After every service, step out to Winter Wonderland on the patio, a festive space filled with lights, treats, and time to connect with family and friends.
This Year's Christmas Teaching Series
Long before we sang Silent Night or Joy to the World, the very first Christmas was welcomed with songs—Mary’s praise, Zechariah’s prophecy, the angels’ announcement, and Simeon’s joy. These were the first Christmas carols: songs born in awe, rooted in faith, and filled with the hope of a Savior who came near. This December, join us as we step into their stories and hear the wonder that still invites us in today.
Church Isn’t Just an Event—It’s a Community
Life at FBC Melbourne isn’t just about one special day on the calendar—it’s about following Jesus together, all year long. This Christmas season, you’ll find groups, gatherings, and serving opportunities that help you breathe a little deeper, belong with others, and live on mission in our city.
Community Happens All Week Long
Groups and gatherings happen all week long—but Wednesday nights are when our whole campus comes alive.
Wednesday night activities continue through December 17 and resume January 7 after the holiday break.
– Wednesday Night Supper | 4:45–6:30 PM
– Students FUEL Service (7th–12th Grade) | Doors open at 6:00 PM, service from 6:30–8:30 PM
– Anchored Kids Discipleship (Preschool–6th Grade) | 6:30–8:00 PM
– Adult Discipleship Groups | 6:30–8:00 PM
But that’s just midweek. You’ll also find Sunday and weekday groups, interest-based gatherings, and recreation opportunities happening regularly.
No matter your stage of life or schedule, there’s a place for you to belong.
